Working hours Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 CET/CEST. Software development hours are not included in any plan.
No server infrastructure? We host your SENAITE LIMS on dedicated hardware at Hetzner in Germany. +150 EUR / month, combinable with any plan.
- Dedicated server. Hetzner data center, all data exclusively in Germany.
- OS & security. Debian GNU/Linux maintenance, security updates, firewall and SSH hardening.
- Backups. Daily offsite backup to a separate RAID-1 server at our premises. 30 daily, 12 monthly, 2 yearly snapshots.
- Verified. Monthly restore verification.
- Recovery. 4 working-hour recovery time target.

Every SENAITE Care plan includes HealthWatch, our monitoring service written specifically for SENAITE. It runs on your server and continuously watches:
- Database consistency. ZODB integrity scans, ConflictError detection, truncated-object detection.
- Instance health. Response times, availability checks every 5 minutes.
- Storage. Disk space, database size, growth trends.
- Scheduled tasks. Database pack, backups, cron-job execution.
Alerts forward to our central Zabbix instance for triage and response. Professional and Enterprise customers get a web dashboard with real-time status.
